Jessica Martin
Office Manager Jessica started with MDC in 2006 with bookeeping and accounting. She has expanded her roll to take on office management and property management. Janine Nickel
Marketing Janine has been working with Harvey Maisel and with MDC properties since 2001. Janine specializes in marketing through community outreach to promote retail centers and the merchants within. |
Jon Weiss
Partner Jon joins MDC as Executive Vice President following a 25 year plus career as a commercial real estate broker specializing in leasing and acquisitions. Jon is a CCIM designee and is certified by ICSC as a CRRP (Certified Retail Real Estate Professional) and SCLS (Senior Certified Leasing Specialist). Jon has a BA in Economics from Emory University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business. He is a licensed real estate broker in Maryland, Virginia and DC. Jon’s focus at MDC will be on asset management and leasing of the existing portfolio and new acquisitions. Monica Spurgeon
